Students of the double degree Master’s programme in Environmental Engineering “Modern Engineering in Water Management”, participating in the Katamaran project, took part in an intercultural training. The training was designed to strengthen competences essential for success in international academic and professional environments, including effective communication, collaboration within multicultural teams, and the ability to identify and navigate cultural differences. The knowledge and practical skills gained during the training will support students in the successful implementation of international projects and enhance their readiness for global career opportunities.
